Have a question before you book? You're not alone!

I hear these all the time.

Here are the answers to the questions my clients ask most.

And if you don't see yours here, feel free to reach out .

I'm always happy to help.

LASH EXTENSIONS:

I've never had lash extensions before. Where do I start?

Classic lash extensions are the perfect starting point! They add length and definition without looking heavy or overdone. If you're not sure which style is right for you, book a FREE consultation and we'll figure it out together based on your eye shape, lash health, and the look you're going for.

Are lash extensions safe for mature or aging eyes?

Absolutely, and this is actually one of my specialties. I customize every set specifically for mature eye shapes, including hooded eyes, downturned eyes, and lashes that have thinned with age. The right lash style can genuinely lift and open your eyes in a way that looks completely natural.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions grow out with your natural lashes, so most clients come in for a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full and fresh. With proper care they can last indefinitely! Many of my clients have worn them for years.

What's the difference between Classic, YY, Hybrid, and Volume lashes?

Great question! Here's a simple breakdown:

• Classic ($170) — one extension per natural lash. Natural, clean, everyday look.

• YY ($180) — a wispy, feathery style with soft volume and lift.

• Hybrid ($180) — a mix of classic and volume for a fuller, textured look.

• Volume ($200) — handcrafted lash fans for maximum fullness. Still natural — just more dramatic.

Not sure which is right for you? I'll help you decide at your appointment.

What's the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?

Lash extensions add length and volume using individual synthetic lashes. A lash lift works with your own natural lashes, curling and lifting them from the root so they look longer and more open without any extensions. Add a tint and your lashes look darker too. It's low maintenance, long lasting, and perfect if you want a more natural, effortless look.

FACIAL SERVICES:

Which facial is right for me?

That depends on your skin concerns! Here's a quick guide:

• Epionce Facial ($80–$180) — best for hydration, anti-aging, sensitivity, and overall skin health. Fully customized to your skin.

• Dermaplaning Facial ($180) — best for dull skin, uneven texture, peach fuzz, and prepping skin for better product absorption.

• Microdermabrasion Facial ($160) — best for fine lines, sun damage, and uneven skin tone.

• LED Red Light Therapy ($35) — best as an add-on to boost collagen and reduce inflammation. Still not sure? Book a consultation and we'll create a personalized plan together.

Is Epionce right for sensitive or mature skin?

Yes! It's actually one of the reasons I chose Epionce above all other skincare lines. Their formulas are free from parabens, fragrances, sulfates, and gluten, and are clinically tested to be gentle yet effective on mature and sensitive skin. As an Authorized Epionce Provider, I use these products exclusively in my facials because I trust the results.

What is dermaplaning and is it safe for my skin?

Dermaplaning is a gentle exfoliation treatment that uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz from the surface of your skin. It sounds intimidating but it's completely painless. Most clients find it relaxing! It's safe for most skin types and leaves your skin instantly smoother, brighter, and better able to absorb your skincare products.

Does LED red light therapy give any benefits if I am only getting it once ever 4 to 6 weeks with my facial appointment?

Yes, it is absolutely beneficial, but it depends on your goals! Think of a single session as the ultimate insurance policy for your facial. While a monthly session won't build long-term collagen. Which requires frequent weekly use. It works instantly at a cellular level to optimize your results today. It acts as an immediate soothing agent to knock out post-treatment redness, flattens hidden inflammation, and spikes cellular energy to give you a noticeable, red carpet glow that lasts for days. It ensures you leave here looking radiant with zero downtime.

Reduced Redness: Boosts nitric oxide to widen blood vessels, clearing out toxins and calming post-facial blotchiness.

Minimized Inflammation: Energizes cell mitochondria to block stress signals, flattening puffy areas and painful acne bumps.

Temporary Glow: Spikes ATP cellular energy, making skin instantly look more plump, hydrated, and radiant for a few days.

How often should I get a facial?

For the best results, I recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks. That's roughly the length of your skin's natural renewal cycle. Regular facials keep your skin consistently healthy and glowing, especially as skin changes with age.

BROW SERVICES:

My brows are very thin. Is a brow tint or wax even worth it for me?

This is actually one of the most common questions I get. The answer is a resounding yes. As we age, brow hairs naturally thin and lighten, especially at the outer corners. Many of my clients feel like they "don't have enough brows to work with." But here's what I know from experience: those fine, barely-visible hairs are still there. They just need color to become visible again. A brow tint deposits pigment onto those hairs, making them show up in a way they simply don't without color. A brow stain goes even further by tinting the skin underneath, creating the look of filled in brows in sparse areas, without any makeup!

Add a gentle wax and shape to clean up the surrounding area and lift the arch, and the result is truly transformative. Well defined brows frame your entire face, lift your eyes, and can genuinely take years off your appearance. You don't need a full set of brows to benefit. You just need the right approach and I'll take care of the rest.

How long does a brow tint or stain last?

A brow tint typically lasts 3–4 weeks, fading gradually as your skin naturally renews itself. A brow stain lasts a little longer, usually 4–6 weeks because it deposits color into both the hairs and the skin underneath, giving you a more defined look that holds up beautifully between appointments.

Results can vary depending on your skin type, how oily your skin is, and your skincare routine. If you use exfoliating products like retinol or AHAs around your brows, the color may fade a little faster. To get the most out of your tint or stain, I recommend avoiding oil-based cleansers directly on the brow area and staying out of steam rooms or saunas for the first 24 hours after your appointment. Most of my clients come in every 4–6 weeks to keep their brows looking fresh and defined and many tell me it's the one appointment they can't live without.

General Questions:

What is your cancellation policy?

Here is my cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice required. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer your spot to another client.

• Late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, please contact me right away at the phone number provided with your confirmation appointment text message. This way, we can discuss accommodations. In some cases, rescheduling may be necessary, and a fee of 50% of your service(s) may apply.

• Same-day cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules made on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the original service cost. I know this feels strict, but a missed appointment without notice means that time cannot be filled and it directly affects my ability to serve other clients.

• Recurring cancellations. Clients with a history of 2 or more no-shows, or a pattern of excessive last-minute cancellations or rescheduling, may no longer be able to book with me. I truly hope it never comes to that.

All fees are charged to the card on file at the time of booking. I so appreciate your understanding and respect for my time. It means the world to me. If you ever have a scheduling concern, please don't hesitate to reach out directly at the phone number provided on the text confirmation link. I'm always happy to work with you.

Do you have any tips to help me get the most out of my appointment?

• ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY! Give yourself 5–10 minutes before your appointment to settle in, fill out any necessary on line intake forms, and let yourself transition from the busyness of your day. Your appointment is your time and it's so much more enjoyable when you don't feel rushed walking in the door.

• SKIP THE CAFFEINE! Please avoid caffeine and stimulants for up to 4 hours before your appointment. Caffeine can cause involuntary eye movement and muscle twitching. Which makes lash work more challenging and can affect your results. Herbal tea or water beforehand is perfect.

• COME WITH CLEAN LASHES & SKIN! Please arrive with clean, makeup free lashes and skin in the service area. No mascara, eyeliner, foundation, or skincare products on the treatment area. This allows me to get straight to work and gives you the best possible results. If you're coming straight from work or an errand, I have makeup remover available. Just give yourself a few extra minutes before your appointment to remove your makeup.

• AVOID OIL-BASED PRODUCTS! Oil breaks down lash adhesive and can interfere with facial treatments. Please avoid oil based moisturizers, cleansers, makeup removers, or eye creams around your eyes before your appointment. This is especially important for lash extension and lash lift clients.

• DRESS COMFORTABLY! Wear something loose, comfortable, and easy to relax in. You'll be lying down for most of your appointment, so soft, cozy clothing makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Many of my clients wear leisurewear or casual layers.

• BRING YOUR EARBUDS! This is your time to completely unwind. Bring your earbuds or headphones and enjoy your favorite music, podcast, audiobook, or meditation while I work my magic. Many clients use this time to decompress, nap, or simply enjoy a rare moment of quiet. You deserve it. One last tip, please let me know at booking if you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can prepare a treatment that is perfectly tailored for you.
